pressure pad
''Pressure Pad'' was a BBC quiz show, hosted by John Barrowman, that aired on BBC One from 4 November 2013 to 19 September 2014 and BBC Two from 22 September to 3 October 2014.
==Format==
Two teams of five compete in four head-to-head contests. Losers leave the show entirely, but winners go through for their team to the final contest, which consists of the team captain conferring with the remaining team over a series of four questions.
In the final, the questions are multiple-choice with an increasing number of choices (2 for the first, up to 5 for the final question). Correct answers move on to the next question; wrong answers hand control to the other team who continue with their own, separate set of four questions. The first contestant to correctly answer the fourth question for their side wins.
